  Not to be missed!  This online masterclass will provide students with a full understanding of the folio requirements for the VCE PD&T School-Assessed Task.

  Lots of interactive activities will strengthen their knowledge of design briefs, evaluation criteria and approaches to research and design, at the same time as building their capacity to innovate and solve problems.

  The teacher who signs up their students will receive an email with the online webinar link that they should forward on to their students. 

  Participants should have available;

  Drawing equipment, including:
  

  • Graphite & coloured pencils
  • Fine liners
  • Sketch pad or paper

  This online workshop is an invaluable experience for students undertaking VCE Systems Engineering. It's particularly helpful as this is the first year of the new study design

  Experienced educator Michael Slinger will take an in-depth look at the VCE School-Assessed Task (SAT), with a range of tips and activities that prepare participants for the year ahead, including:

  • Managing backups and version control
  • Interpreting the criteria and how to provide evidence
  • Visual communication skills
  • Effective testing processes
  • Marking and assessment
  • Opportunities to ask specific questions or raise topics of your own

  The webinar link will be sent 2 days prior to the event - the teacher who registered their students is responsible for sending these details to them.
