PROCREATE IS AN APP FOR IPAD/TABLET USE ONLY

The drawing app Procreate can be introduced to students in order to aid the design process; with sketching and rendering functions allowing for quick visualisations as well as a higher quality of refined and resolved design solutions and presentation drawings.

Teacher and Procreate artist, Maddi Scott, will step you through the app’s basic functions as a drawing tool, before guiding you to create a final rendered drawing utilising a range of methods to create textures, tone and realism. You will leave with the knowledge and skills to teach and guide your students in using Procreate to advance their design skills, design process and final presentations.

This professional learning opportunity would benefit teachers of VCE Unit 1-4 Product Design and Technology, as well as junior Technology, Digital Art/Design, or anyone looking to develop skills in procreate.

Participants will receive the recording, presenter slides and associated resources after the event.
