Build your own Infrared, Remote-Controlled STEaM Model (PL1906)
Join Pat McMahon in this hands-on, full-day workshop, where participants will chose to construct a model from three of Pat’s STEaM Projects – a robot buggy, an animated disc or an LED light tower – and run it from either an Arduino of Picaxe Microcontroller.
The day will be broken up into simple stages to cater for all ability levels, with test jigs available to check the operation & to diagnose any faults.

Pat McMahon has had over 3,000 of his student’s build microcontrollers to control a wide variety of STEaM projects, over the last 15 Years. He has run workshops for over 800 Teachers and has been honoured to have received 8, International, Australian State & Territory, Victorian and Regional, Teacher of the Year awards.
