Mark completed a Bachelor of Education (Art & Crafts) majoring in Woodcraft and has taught Design and Technology in a variety of schools. He started his teaching career at Kealba High School (now defunct) in 1983, then at Camperdown High School in South West Victoria, Most of his teaching career was spent at Myrtleford High School and then at Wangaratta High School (both in North East Victoria). In 2014, he accepted a position as Head of Design and Technology at Aitken College in Melbourne’s North West where he has been teaching Product Design and Technology.
When not teaching he spends a bit too much time tending to his hardwood timber plantation in North-East Victoria!
In 2004-2005 Mark completed a diploma of Building Design and Drafting Technology.
Member of the VCE Design & Technology major review panel, (VCAA).
2009/2010 - VCE Top Designs Selection Panel member and have been a VCE reviewer.
